Once you paid your PayPal invoice, we’ll send your Login Credentials via email within 10 minutes to a maximum of 5 hours, depending on the current order volume. To ensure that you receive them, please make sure to provide a valid email address during the subscription process.

Yes, our service is available worldwide, and you can use your subscription with different IP addresses. This allows you to use the service in different locations, such as on a holiday or business trip. All you need is an internet connection.
You can set up your subscription with multiple devices but you can only use a subscription once at same time. If you want to use two devices at same time you need a second subscription.
PS: Smart STB app and MAG Device users cannot switch from devices.
